What is Qi Kong (Qigong)?

Qigong (Qikong) is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, Movements, breathing techniques and focused intention.

The Qigong enables the Qi (life energy) flow in body freely without obstacles or stagnations.

In fact, almost anyone can do it, even disables can do can fit to seniors, the overweight, and the arthritic even to full body paralyzed people can participate it.
